NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D04-2410-MF-000082 wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation was Plaintiff, and Arron D. Trusty, Ashley N. Trusty and Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public online sale to the highest bidder, on the 22nd day of April, 2025, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
Lot Number 13 in Fairview Addition to the Town of Silver Lake, as recorded in Plat Book 3, page 376 in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana. ALSO, Lot Number 14, LESS AND EXCEPTING the East 10 feet thereof, in Fairview Addition to the Town of Silver Lake, as recorded in Plat Book 3, page 376 in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana.
