• 11:20 a.m. Thursday - Scott Michael Dingess, 39, North Manchester, arrested for misdemeanor probation violation. No bond listed.
• 7:35 p.m. Thursday - Jonathan Michael Pappas, 32, Sturgis, Mich., arrested on a foreign warrant. No bond set.
• 9:02 p.m. Thursday - Chad Lee Mills Jr., 24, Columbia City, arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $5,250.
• 9:04 p.m. Thursday - William Paul Clemons, 43, Rochester, arrested for operating a vehicle with a controlled substance in the body - first offense. No bond set.
• 10:08 p.m. Thursday - Charlie Gutierrez Tello, 23, of 8983 E. CR 500N, North Webster, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $700.
• 11:52 p.m. Thursday - Baylee N. Snyder, 23, of 2441 W. CR 250S, #83, Warsaw, arrested for invasion of privacy. Bond: $1,500.
• 3:28 a.m. Friday - Dustin Michael Bradley, 33, of 2625 E. Durbin St., #2, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 3 p.m. Tuesday - 848 E. Smith St., Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Aislyn Elliott, 18, West CR 300S, Warsaw; Whitney Jordan, 18, North Harrison Street, Syracuse. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 8:30 a.m. Wednesday - Intersection of East Pope and South Detroit streets, Warsaw. Unknown vehicle hit SUV, which left the scene. Remaining driver: Mary E. Wallen, 73, Deerfield Path, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.
• 9:27 p.m. Wednesday - Intersection of East Fort Wayne Street and Ind. 15, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Jayro Luva-Garcia, 17, East Water Street, Akron; Dylan Morris, 23, Wabash. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.
• 7:56 a.m. Thursday - South Ind. 13, 800 feet south of East Ind. 14, Sidney. Minivan hit object kicked up from semi. Driver: Coleman T. Rude, 31, Laketon. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 11:25 a.m. Thursday - A miscellaneous accident was reported in the 100 block of East CR 1000S, Claypool. KCSO.
• 6:52 p.m. Thursday - A warrant was served in the 500 block of East Main Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 7:50 p.m. Thursday - Domestic battery - simple assault was reported in the 200 block of North Columbia Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 7:57 p.m. Thursday - A person was arrested for possession of methamphetamine in the 1900 block of Plaza Drive, Warsaw. WPD.
• 8:52 p.m. Thursday - A person was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license in the 100 block of North Main Street, Sidney. KCSO.
• 9:59 p.m. Thursday - An emergency detention order was requested in the 1800 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. WPD.
