• 3:54 p.m. Wednesday - Larry Darnell Peck Jr., 45, Mishawaka, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.
• 3:40 p.m. Wednesday - Vanessa Chantelle Ibarra, 20, of 1413 Wooster Road, Winona Lake, arrested for misdemeanor battery and possession of alcohol by a minor. Bond: $600.
• 3:50 p.m. Wednesday - Daisy Vera, 19, of 316 E. Winona Ave., Warsaw, arrested for possession of alcohol by a minor. Bond: $450.
• 7:32 p.m. Wednesday - Jessamyn V. Rhymer, 34, of 2441 W. CR 250S, lot 23, Warsaw, arrested on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $500.
• 8:05 p.m. Wednesday - Andrew P. Artist, 48, Rochester, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, refusal to submit to a chemical test and possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $700.
• 1:34 a.m. Thursday - Kenneth Dewayne Jefferson, 48, Fort Wayne, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated - endangerment. Bond: $700.

• 12:24 a.m. Saturday - West Crystal Lake Road, 500 feet west of South CR 700W, Warsaw. SUV hit tree stump. Driver: Kyle Hamman, 26, North Morgan Street, Mentone. Injury: Haman had an elbow/lower arm injury. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 8:54 p.m. Jan. 23 - Intersection of East U.S. 30 and South CR 450E, Pierceton. Unknown vehicle his minivan, which left the scene. Remaining driver: Jocelet Jean-Baptiste, 35, Kuder Lane, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.

• 6:31 p.m. Tuesday - Intersection of West Old 30 and North CR 600W, Warsaw. Car hit deer. Driver: Spencer Glingle, 28, Ind. 331, Bourbon. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.
• 7:16 a.m. Wednesday - West Old 30, 100 feet east of North CR 650W, Atwood. Minivan hit deer. Driver: Michael J. Rauschenburg, 41, North Reed Street, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.
• 1:17 p.m. Wednesday - Dollar General parking lot, Syracuse. Truck hit parked vehicle registered to Jason Elijah, East Esterbrook Drive, Warsaw. Driver: James Garcia, 34, New Paris. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.

• 8:13 a.m. Wednesday - An emergency detention order was requested in the 2100 block of Dubois Drive, Warsaw. KCSO.
• 9:03 a.m. Wednesday - A traffic stop was initiated for a person driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension in the 1900 block of East Sheridan Street, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 11:04 a.m. Wednesday - A person driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension was reported in the 2400 block of East Market Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 4:54 p.m. Wednesday - An emergency detention order was requested in the 2100 block of Dubois Drive, Warsaw. KCSO.
• 7:15 p.m. Wednesday - A warrant was served in the 2400 block of West CR 250S, Warsaw. KCSO.
