Richard Forest Harstine, 83, Claypool, died at 12:39 p.m. Friday, Jan. 24, 2025, at Lutheran Kosciusko Hospital in Warsaw.
He was born July 17, 1941, in New Philadelphia, Ohio, to Thelma Gladys Ladrach Harstine and Forest Edwin Harstine. On Aug. 3, 1963, he married Lucene May Sampson.
No public events are scheduled. Arrangements were entrusted to Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, Warsaw.
