IN THE MATTER OF THE UNSUPERVISED
ADMINISTRATION OF THE INTESTATE
ESTATE OF PHILIP E. BELLMORE, CAUSE NO. 43D01-2501-EU-000007
Notice is hereby given that on the 17th day of January, 2025, Philip E. Bellmore, Jr. was appointed Personal Representative of the Estate of Philip E. Bellmore, deceased, who died intestate on the 28th day of December, 2024; and said Personal Representative and this estate was authorized to proceed under an unsupervised estate administration, pursuant to 1971, 29-1-7.5 et.seq.
All person having claims against said Estate, whether or not now due, must file the claim in the office of the Clerk of this Court within three (3) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or within nine (9) months after the decedent’s death, whichever is earlier, or said claims will be forever barred.
