NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of Kosciusko Superior Court 3 of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-2408-MF-000064, wherein Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC was Plaintiff, and Stephen E. Hackworth and State of Indiana were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree, with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder on the 25th day of February, 2025, at the hour of 10 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
The North half of Lot 14 of the Paths of Deerfield Section 1, as recorded in Plat Book 13, page 40 as found in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 14 of said Paths of Deerfield, Section 1; thence North 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East on the North line of said Lot 14, a distance of 140.17 feet to the Northeast corner of said Lot 14; thence South 00 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West on the East line of said Lot 14, a distance of 43.22 feet to the intersection of said East line with the Easterly extension of the center of a common party wall between #548 and #560 Buck Trail; thence South 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West, along the center of said party wall, being 43.22 feet South of and parallel with the North line of said Lot 14, a distance of 140.00 feet to a point on the East right of-way line of Buck Trail; thence North 00 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East on said East right-of-way line, 33.16 feet to a point on a curve to the left, having a radius of 300.00 feet and a chord of 10.06 feet bearing North 00 degrees 57 minutes 40 seconds West; thence Northerly on said curve, also being the Easterly right-of-way line of Buck Trail, an arc distance of 10.06 feet to the point of beginning, containing 6,052 square feet (0.139 acres), more or less.

Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
