Katherine M. Phillips, 65, Mentone, died Friday, Jan. 3, 2025, at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne.
Katherine was born April 23, 1959, in Warsaw, to DeLouse and Esther Hyde Zimmerman. She married Bud Phillips on May 16, 2007, in Warsaw.
Funeral services in celebration of Katherine’s life will be private.
