She was born Jan. 22, 1938, to George and Mary Watkins. She married Lowell, who preceded her in death.
Titus Funeral Home and Cremation Services is entrusted with Peggy's care. The family is grieving privately; no services are planned.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Animal Welfare League in Peggy's memory.
