Goshen Health To Present Mental Health Matters Series

GOSHEN – To spark conversation and awareness surrounding mental health, Goshen Health is partnering with the Noble County Public Library to provide free, family-friendly programming on healthy coping strategies.
Topics include the benefits of physical activity, talking about your feelings, spending time outdoors, and more. Programs will be held at the Noble County Public Library Cromwell location once a week on Wednesdays from 4:30 to 5 p.m. starting Jan. 8. The program series is five weeks long.
“Encouraging positive mental health helps improve the overall health and well-being of our community. We are excited to partner with the Noble County Public Library to bring this family-friendly program to the community,” said Randy Christophel, Goshen Health president and Chief Executive Officer.
