• 11 a.m. Wednesday - Brandi Nicole Couch, 30, of 37 EMS B42F Lane, Leesburg, arrested for possession of a hypodermic syringe or needle and possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $5,2500.
• 11 a.m. Wednesday - Charles David Shepherd Jr., 35, of 37 EMS B42F Lane, Leesburg, arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of a hypodermic syringe or needle. Bond: $5,250.
• 5:26 p.m. Wednesday - Kendi Jo Kennedy, 32, Allegan, Mich., arrested for theft. Bond: $7,500.
• 8:03 p.m. Wednesday - Zachary Mitchell Lewis Whitaker, 33, of 99 EMS D22 Lane, Syracuse, arrested on a warrant. Bond: $1,250.
• 8:13 p.m. Wednesday - Michael Lee Smith Jr., 40, of 8469 N. CR 620E, Syracuse, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.
• 10:19 p.m. Wednesday - Christopher Dewayne Brickey, 46, Kimmell, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended. Bond: $450.
• 10:22 p.m. Wednesday - Lara A. Lower, 53, of 4175 N. CR 700E, Leesburg, arrested on two charges of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 12:45 a.m. Thursday - Jerri Lynn Harris, 37, of 1010 E. Center St., Warsaw, arrested for neglect of a dependant/child violations. Bond: $7,500.
• 10:04 a.m. Thursday - Jason Wayne Elijah, 50, of 121 E. Esterbrook Drive, North Webster, arrested for misdemeanor probation violation. No bond set.
• 11:28 a.m. Thursday - Salomon Chavarria Centeno, 45, of 814 E. Arthur St., Warsaw, arrested for sexual misconduct with a minor/fondling. Bond: $5,250.

• 8:13 p.m. Feb. 21 - East CR 100S, 1,500 feet east of South CR 450E, Pierceton. Car hit deer. Driver: Sarah D. Meyer, 36, East CR 100S, Pierceton. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 11:10 a.m. Wednesday - North Ind. 15, 500 feet south of West CR 800N, Leesburg. Car hit object that came off back of a pickup. Driver: Marlena L. Brooks, 50, Macy. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.
• 2:20 p.m. Wednesday - West CR 400N, 500 feet east of North CR 700W, Warsaw. Unknown vehicle hit pickup, which left scene. Remaining driver: Gary Howell, 72, West CR 200N, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSO.

• 8:18 a.m. Wednesday - A person was arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license in the 800 block of South Buffalo Street, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 12:33 p.m. Wednesday - A hit-and-run accident was reported in the 400 block of East Pope Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 1:21 p.m. Wednesday - A crash was reported in the 500 block of North Broadway Street, Mentone. Mentone Police Department investigated
• 11:35 a.m. Thursday - Criminal mischief was reported in the 1400 block of West Lake Street, Warsaw. WPD.
