• 11:30 a.m. Tuesday - Ethan Lee Hibbs, 23, of 11911 N. Fuzzy Bear Road, Cromwell, arrested for felony probation violation. Bond: $12,500.
• 1:25 p.m. Tuesday - Tyler Tanner Kane Poyser, 26, of 321 S. High St., Warsaw, arrested for felony probation violation. No bond set.
• 10:22 a.m. Wednesday - Jessie Lee Graff, 37, of 12600 S. Ind. 13, North Manchester, arrested for felony probation violation. Bond: $12,500.

• 1:33 p.m. Feb. 16 - Intersection of East CR 1000N and North Koher Road East, Syracuse. Car hit utility pole. Driver: Rachel A. Taylor, 40, North Ind. 5, Cromwell. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 8:30 p.m. Feb. 16 - 5142 N. CR 800W, Warsaw. Car went into ditch and flipped. Driver: Aaron Hobbs, 22, South Indiana Street, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.
• 5:10 a.m. Feb. 20 - North Ind. 15, 1,000 feet north of West CR 600N, Leesburg. SUV hit deer. Driver: Anthony Rouse, 44, North Indian Trail Avenue, Silver Lake. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSO.
• 10:02 p.m. Saturday - South Ind. 15, Warsaw. Car hit deer. Driver: Holly Foster, 46, Kokomo. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.

Incidents
• 12:21 p.m. Tuesday - A silver wedding ring was reported stolen in the 1700 block of East Center Street, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 3:34 a.m. Wednesday - A death investigation was opened in the 500 block of West Pike Street, Warsaw. WPD.
