• 5:45 p.m. Friday - Tiphanie Autumn-Paige Nichter, 21, of 8745 S. Valentine Road, Claypool, arrested for misdemeanor probation violation, felony probation violation and possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $600.
• 8:40 p.m. Friday - Bailea Elizabeth Tackett, 22, of 106 E. Wayne St., Pierceton, arrested on two charges of theft. Bond: $600.
• 9:11 p.m. Friday - Jordan Dale Nieman, 28, of 206 E. Washington St., North Webster, arrested for misdemeanor probation violation. No bond set.
• 11:54 p.m. Friday - Samuel Edward Jesus Holada, 35, Fort Wayne, arrested on two charges of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 12:18 a.m. Saturday - James Brent Rider, 68, of 8079 E. McClintic Road, Syracuse, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated - endangerment. Bond: $700.
• 4:15 a.m. Saturday - Nicholas James Watkins, 21, of 1825 Short Ridge Drive, Warsaw, arrested on two charges of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 4:58 p.m. Saturday - Alejandro Aguillar, 25, South Bend, arrested on a foreign warrant. No bond listed.
• 11:05 p.m. Saturday - Marcus Brent LeMaster, 53, of 2441 W. CR 250S, #60, Warsaw, arrested for possession of a hypodermic syringe or needle, possession of cocaine or narcotic drug and possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $5,250.
• 11:26 p.m. Saturday - Ridley Lee Brown, 45, of 502 Oldfather St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of cocaine or narcotic drug, possession of paraphernalia and two charges of felony failure to appear. Bond: $5,250.
• 3:40 p.m. Sunday - Daniel Arroyo, 22, Goshen, arrested for possession of cocaine or narcotic drug and driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $7,500.
• 7:44 p.m. Sunday - Morgan Ashleig Noe, 34, of 5583 N. CR 825E, North Webster, arrested for misdemeanor probation violation. No bond set.
• 11 p.m. Sunday - Bradley J. Shupe, 48, of 2647 E. Muirfield Road, Winona Lake, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 5:34 a.m. Saturday - South CR 750W, 500 feet north of West Ind. 14, Akron. Car hit deer. Driver: Lauro Martinez, 25, Northwood Drive, Akron. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.

• 12:19 p.m. Sunday - A person was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated in the 400 block of Pierceton Road, Winona Lake. Winona Lake Police Department investigated.
• 7:35 p.m. Sunday - False informing was reported in the 600 block of North Parker Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 10:44 p.m. Sunday - A person was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated in the 4900 block of East Pierceton Road, Pierceton. KCSO.
