Mary Kathleen “Kathy” O’Connell Slattery, 69, Rochester, died Saturday, Feb. 15, 2025.
She was born Oct. 10, 1955, in Peru, Ind., to Lila Carmen Mull O’Connell and Thomas O’Connell.
Kathy married John Anthony Slattery on May 6, 1989, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Warsaw; he died Aug. 27, 2021.
Kathy’s life will be celebrated by her family with a service at 1 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 20 at Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, Warsaw. Friends and family may visit prior to the service from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. A graveside service will follow at Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
