• 4:02 p.m. Thursday - Guadalupe Cuahuizo Gutierrez, 41, of 4330 N. Old Ind. 15, #43, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $500.
• 9:34 a.m. Friday - Ricardo Abraham Pale Perez, 28, of 2441 W. CR 250S, #54, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $400.
• 11:28 a.m. Friday - Joshuan Daytwon Franklin, 30, Kokomo, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.

• 3:26 p.m. Thursday - Intersection of North Ind. 13 and East CR 150N, Pierceton. Five-vehicle collision. Drivers: Justice V. Ratliff, 33, East Main Street, Syracuse; Claribel Rivera, 31, Anchorage Road, Warsaw; Timothie Tucker, 34, East 3rd Street, North Manchester; Leeanna R. Scholl, 35, EMS R2B Lane, Pierceton; Debra K. Carpenter, 66, Columbia City. Injuries: Ratliff had an abrasion to the elbow/lower arm; Rivera complaint of shoulder/upper arm pain. Damage: $50,000-$100,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 7:32 a.m. Thursday - South Ind. 15, 750 feet south of East CR 700S, Claypool. Pickup went into ditch. Driver: Dobby Gonzales, 51, South Caldwell Lake Drive, Silver Lake. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSO.
• 12:20 p.m. Thursday - North Ind. 19, 100 feet south of West CR 250N, Etna Green. SUV hit Kosciusko REMC utility pole. Driver: Devra M. Stills, 33, South Bourbon Street, Bourbon. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.
• 12:19 p.m. Thursday - 702 N. Detroit St., Warsaw. Pickup went through glass entrance doors of building. Driver: Jon E. Riewoldt, 64, North CR 150W, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.
• 4:13 p.m. Thursday - South County Farm Road, 2,000 feet south of East CR 200S, Warsaw. SUV hit speed limit sign and fence. Driver: Christopher S. Cochran Jr., 33, South Southwood Drive, Warsaw Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.
