• 2:33 p.m. Wednesday - Quincey Chandler Shugart, 46, Harlan, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.
• 8:14 p.m. Wednesday - David William Akridge, 32, of 6127 N. CR 950E, North Webster, arrested for confinement and misdemeanor battery. Bond: $12,500.
• 8:52 a.m. Thursday - Twila Dawn Zentz, 59, of 3012 W. CR 200N, Warsaw, arrested for felony theft, theft with a prior conviction and theft of a motor vehicle. Bond: $7,500.
• 10:05 a.m. Thursday - Maria Rojas, 38, Chicago Heights, Ill., arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $500.
• 10:25 a.m. Thursday - Darren Michael Bradford, 52, of 2350 S. Talley Ho Circle, Warsaw, arrested for leaving the scene of a property damage crash. Bond: $500.

• 5:05 a.m. Monday - Intersection of U.S. 30 and East CR 250S, Pierceton. Two-car collision. Drivers: Reenia M. Williams, 42, East U.S. 30, Pierceton; Sue A. Painter, 63 Knox. Injuries: Williams complained of neck pain; Painter complained of pain to the entire body; a passenger in Williams’ vehicle, Suzanne Kinney, 80, East U.S. 30, Pierceton, complained of back pain. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. KCSO.
• 1:44 p.m. Wednesday - Intersection of Ind. 19 and West CR 1050N, Nappanee. Van-SUV collision. Drivers: Eugene Kykendoll, 42, Rochester; Robert Duncan, 38, Lake Sharon Road, Warsaw. Injury: Duncan complained of head pain. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSO.
