• 2:11 p.m. Tuesday - H. Ryan Gagnon, 43, Rochester, arrested for criminal recklessness. Bond: $600.
• 9:20 a.m. Wednesday - David Jerimiah Gaff, 47, of 9565 W. Wawasee Lane, Syracuse, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $1,000.
• 11:14 a.m. Wednesday - Nathaniel James Hollett, 38, of 752 E. CR 300N, Warsaw, arrested for felony probation violation, felony battery with moderate bodily injury, felony probation violation and misdemeanor probation violation. Bond: $30,500.
• 12:20 p.m. Wednesday - Peter Gaerard Madison Jr., 30, Fort Wayne, arrested for felony parole violation. Bond: $5,250.

Injury: Gernhardt had an abrasion to the head. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 9:29 p.m. Saturday - Intersection of U.S. 30 and CR 150W, Warsaw. Car-SUV collision. Drivers: Eglysmar Alejandra Gomez Vallenilla, 19, Chicago; Matthew W. Brubaker, 50, East Elm Street, Pierceton. Injury: A passenger in Gomez Vallenilla’s vehicle, Gabriel Jose Aular Escobar, 27, Chicago, had minor bleeding to the face. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.
• 6:20 a.m. Monday - East U.S. 30, 1,281 feet east of North Ind. 15, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Barrett S. Kelly, 18, South West Street, Milford; Terry R. Woodling, 59, Cherry Street, Warsaw. Injury: Woodling complained of shoulder/upper arm pain. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.
