• 1:08 a.m. Sunday - Taylor J. Gangwer, 26, of 501 W. Jefferson St., #A, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. No bond set.
• 1:15 a.m. Sunday - Ubeymar Velazquez, 27, of 502 Pope St., Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $500.
• 9:26 a.m. Sunday - John Thomas Alford, 61, of 340 E. Levi Lee Road, #115, Warsaw, arrested for felony probation violation and two charges of theft with a prior conviction. Bond: $13,750.
• 6:18 p.m. Sunday - Joseph Benjamin Williams, 47, of 2119 E. Hendricks St., Warsaw, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $500.
• 1:37 a.m. Monday - Marlisha Lanotta Mitchell, 31, Huntsville, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.
• 11:12 a.m. Monday - Homer Dewayne Hall, 54, of 4146 N. Allen Lane, #2, Warsaw, arrested for felony probation violation. Bond: $5,250.

Lafollette, 35, Lakeview Drive, Warsaw. Injuries: Lafollette complained of elbow/lower arm pain; a passenger in Lafollette’s vehicle, Izabella Lafollette, 15, Lakeview Drive, Warsaw, had minor bleeding to the elbow/lower arm. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 2:10 p.m. Saturday - 200 Kinney Drive, Warsaw. Car-bus collision. Drivers: Russell W. King, 39, Elwood; Mary J. Prater, 61, East Center Street, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.
• 8:32 a.m. Sunday - Intersection of East Market Street and Ind. 15, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Deana R. Mesman, 47, East Deerwood Court, Warsaw; Kevin Swain, 59, South Indiana Street, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

• 6:41 a.m. Monday - Intersection of Kosciusko Drive and East Old U.S. 30, Warsaw. SUV-car collision. Drivers: Severiano A. Ramos, 69, North CR 175E, Warsaw; Bridgett L. McCarthy, 40, Clinic Court, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

• 12:57 a.m. Sunday - A traffic stop was initiated for a person operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license in the 700 block of West Winona Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.
• 8:30 a.m. Sunday - A traffic stop was initiated for a person in possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish, in possession of paraphernalia and driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension in the 500 block of South Higbee Street, Milford. Milford Police Department investigated.
• 9:26 a.m. Sunday - Merchandise was reported stolen in the 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. WPD.
• 10:12 p.m. Sunday - An emergency detention order was requested in the 600 block of South Morton Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 9:51 a.m. Monday - An emergency detention order was requested in the 2100 block of Dubois Drive, Warsaw. KCSO.
• 12:226 p.m. Monday - Fraud was reported in the 100 block of EMS C22 Lane, Warsaw. KCSO.
