• 1:55 p.m. Monday - Alicia Mae Holloway, 45, Rochester, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $450.
• 2:49 p.m. Monday - Shane Matthew Witmer, 41, of 7875 W. Lovetts Court, Warsaw, arrested on a foreign warrant. No bond listed.
• 3 p.m. Monday - Haleigh Renae Johnson, 32, of 1521 E. Fort Wayne St., Warsaw, arrested for felony probation violation. No bond set.
• 3:20 p.m. Monday - Jade Elizabeth Cripps, 21, of 1388 E. CR 700S, Claypool, arrested for felony probation violation. No bond set.
• 4:10 p.m. Monday - David Michael Gregory, 48, of 53 EMS D22 Lane, Syracuse, arrested for impersonating a public servant and harassment. Bond: $7,500.
• 5:30 p.m. Monday - Maryellen Marie Stephens, 43, of 7338 W. Justus Stephens Lane, Claypool, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.
• 6:50 p.m. Monday - John I. Long, 72, of 2798 S. Country Club Road, #26, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor battery and sexual battery. Bond: $5,250.
• 7:51 p.m. Monday - Alex James Oswalt, 19, of 179 E. Winona Beach Drive, Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish with a prior, possession of paraphernalia and possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $5,250.
• 11:51 p.m. Monday - Brent Allen Sabin, 43, of 8237 E. Hatchery Road, Syracuse, arrested for reckless driving. Bond: $500.

Incident
• 9:39 p.m. Monday - A person was arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license in the 500 block of Detroit Street, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
