Tracy R. Stark, age 62, passed away at her home in Sheridan on Wednesday morning, April 9, 2025.
Born Oct. 2, 1962, in Howard County, she was the daughter of the late Ernest and Carol Lynn Pollo Dragoo. She grew up in North Webster and attended North Webster High School.
She was an active member of the Sheridan First Christian Church. She loved sending cards to people, with the hope that they would give the recipient a much-needed boost of encouragement or just a bit of uplifting cheer. Her card ministry, which she started through the church, became her calling and true passion.
Tracy had a deep, life-long love for dogs, especially her pugs and cocker spaniels. They were her constant companions. She also loved making beautiful flower arrangements for both inside and outside of her house.
Tracy is survived by daughters: Kimberly Crouse, of Wisconsin; Casey Martin (Ryan), of Wisconsin; Victoria Giese (Mark), of Wisconsin; 10 grandchildren: Ethan, Logan, Lukas, RJ, Jessalyn, Delaney, Connor, Jonah, Kyra and Caleb; two siblings, Bradley Dragoo and Terri Wagoner; and by her life partner, Adam Shank.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest and Carol Lynn Pollo Dragoo.
Tracy will be remembered by her family and friends, but her wish was to not have an official service upon her death. She instead asked that her life be celebrated individually by her loved ones, in a way that was special and meaningful to them.
There are no services being planned at this time.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Kercheval Funeral Home in Sheridan.
