• 4:03 a.m. Sunday - Michael Lee Greenfield, 41, of 8280 E. CR U.S. 30, #53, Pierceton, arrested for possession of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 12:10 p.m. Sunday - Gary Alvin Young Jr., 43, of 7138 E. CR 950S, South Whitley, arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $5,250.
• 3:11 p.m. Sunday - Todd A. Shively, 52, Huntington, arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia, operating a vehicle with a controlled substance in body - first offense and possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $5,000.
• 9:54 p.m. Sunday - Erick Manuel Baez-Nazario, 20, of 4330 N. Old Ind. 15, lot 36, Warsaw, arrested for intimidation, felony battery committed with a deadly weapon, disorderly conduct. Bond: $10,250.
• 9:54 p.m. Sunday - Angel Gabriel Baez-Nazario, 19, of 4330 N. Old Ind. 15, lot 36, Warsaw, arrested for intimidation, felony battery committed with a deadly weapon and disorderly conduct. Bond: $10,250.
• 11 a.m. Monday - Dale Alan Tennant, 66, of 20 EMS B40C Lane, Leesburg, arrested for criminal mischief and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $500.
• 11:04 a.m. Monday - Kassie Lynn Tennant, 58, of 20 EMS B40C Lane, Leesburg, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 12:32 p.m. Monday - Robert Allen Stouder, 45, of 202 E. Benton St., Syracuse, arrested for felony probation violation. No bond set.

• 12:40 p.m. Friday - 532 W. CR 300N, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Betty W. Swoveland, 75, West CR 150S, Warsaw; Isabell C. Contreras, 54, East Center Street, Warsaw. Injury: Contreras complained of knee/lower leg/foot pain. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.
• 12:06 a.m. Saturday - Intersection of U.S. 30 and Parker Street, Warsaw. Car hit pedestrian. Driver: McCoy R. Lucas, 30, Fort Wayne. Injury: Pedestrian Hector Hinojosa Jr., 54, Westville, had severe bleeding in the head and was later pronounced dead at a Fort Wayne hospital. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

• 6:23 p.m. Friday - Intersection of U.S. 30 and East Old U.S. 30, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Cary D. Walls, 51, South Main Street, Etna Green; Ashley B. Geiman, 23, South CR 400W, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.

• 3:10 p.m. Sunday - A person was arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish in the 500 block of West CR 300N, Warsaw. WPD.
• 8:21 p.m. Sunday - A suicide was reported in the 300 block of Trailsend Court, Warsaw. WPD.
• 8:58 p.m. Sunday - An emergency detention order was requested in the 400 block of South Union Street, Warsaw. WPD.
