• 1:35 a.m. Friday - Mark John Steigerwald, 62, unknown address, arrested for public intoxication by alcohol. No bond set.
• 10:01 a.m. Friday - Derek Jacob Flenner, 32, of 6 Ind. 25, Mentone, arrested for theft of a motor vehicle. No bond set.
• 10:02 a.m. Friday - Adam Michael Smith, 37, Elkhart, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.
• 11:21 a.m. Friday - Harold Lloyd Keesler, 85, Dowagiac, Mich., arrested for securities fraud. Bond: $750.
• 11:57 a.m. Friday - Genesis Teran, 23, of 314 E. Winona Ave., Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery. No bond listed.
• 12:35 p.m. Friday - Logan Ryan Neidlinger, 29, Argos, arrested for felony probation violation. No bond set.
• 1:26 p.m. Friday - Andrew Jordan Nicolai, 30, of 105 W. Emeline St., Milford, arrested for animal cruelty for domestic violence purpose. Bond: $7,500.

• 3:02 a.m. Thursday - An emergency detention order was requested in the 100 block of South Lake Street, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 12:41 a.m. Friday - A person was arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish in the 100 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. WPD.
