• 3:25 p.m. Thursday - Lemuel Torres, 38, of 115 W. Orange St., Cromwell, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.
• 6:05 p.m. Thursday – Tiffany Rayann Hurley, 33, of 5862 S. West Channel Road, Warsaw, arrested for public intoxication by alcohol. Bond: $400.
• 1:35 a.m. Friday - Mark John Steigerwald, 62, unknown address, arrested for public intoxication by alcohol. No bond set.
• 10:01 a.m. Friday - Derek Jacob Flenner, 32, of 6 Ind. 25, Mentone, arrested for theft of a motor vehicle. No bond set.
• 10:02 a.m. Friday - Adam Michael Smith, 37, Elkhart, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.
• 11:21 a.m. Friday - Harold Lloyd Keesler, 85, Dowagiac, Mich., arrested for securities fraud. Bond: $750.
• 11:57 a.m. Friday - Genesis Teran, 23, of 314 E. Winona Ave., Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery. No bond listed.

• 1:26 p.m. Friday - Andrew Jordan Nicolai, 30, of 105 W. Emeline St., Milford, arrested for animal cruelty for domestic violence purpose. Bond: $7,500.

• 3:27 a.m. Friday - An emergency detention order was requested in the 2800 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. WPD.
