To the defendants above named, and any other person who may be concerned.
You are notified that you have been sued in the Court above named.
The nature of the suit against you is the foreclosure of a mortgage upon the property legally described as follows:
Part of the East Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 32, Township 32 North Range 5 East, Kosciusko County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows, to wit:
Commencing at a P.K. nail found marking the Southeast corner of said Southeast Quarter; thence South 90 degrees 00 minutes West (assumed bearing), on and along the South line of said Southeast Quarter, a distance of 672.17 feet to a P.K. nail at the true point of beginning; thence continuing South 90 degrees 00 minutes West, on and along said South line, being within the right-of-way of State Road Number 25, a distance of 126.33 feet to a P.K. nail found; thence North 00 degrees 54 minutes East, a distance of 346.56 feet to an iron pin; thence South 88 degrees 26 minutes 30 seconds East, a distance of 126.32 feet to an iron pin; thence South 00 degrees 54 minutes West, a distance of 343.12 feet to the true point of beginning.

This summons by publication is specifically directed to the following defendant(s) whose whereabouts are unknown.

In addition to the above-named defendants being served by this summons, there may be other defendants who have an interest in this lawsuit.
