NOTICE OF ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITY ORDER TO KELLY ESTES
AND ALSO TO ANY AND ALL OWNERS OR HOLDERS OF ANY
INTEREST IN REAL PROPERTY COMMONLY KNOWN AS 20 EMS 857 LANE, WARSAW, INDIANA 46582

Pursuant to Indiana Code 36-7-9-1 et seq., as adopted by Ordinance #11-ll-22-001, Kelly Estes was ordered on October 20, 2023, to demolish and remove the unsafe building located on real property situate in Kosciusko County, Indiana, which real property is commonly known as 20 EMS B57 Lane, Warsaw, Indiana 46582, and legally described as follows:
Lot Numbered 7 in Kuhn's Plat, in Section 28, Township 33 North, Range 7 East, as per Plat Book 4, Page 64, in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana.
TOGETHER WITH all improvements situate thereon and appurtenant thereto or in any wise pertaining thereto.
That the said order was affirmed by the Kosciusko Superior Court 4 on August 2, 2024, to be complied with by October 31, 2024, but that the order was not complied with, and that, accordingly, a contract was let at public bid for the removal of the said unsafe building. That more than fifteen (15) days have elapsed since completion of the work and that costs related to the said work in the amount of $8,500.00 remain unpaid, along with the Enforcement Authority's processing costs in the amount of $750.00, for a total amount remaining unpaid of $9,250.00. This notice is to demand payment in full of this amount within thirty (30) days. If payment in full is not made within the allowed time, then the unpaid amount may be added to the tax duplicate of the affected property as a special assessment.
