• 3:01 p.m. Monday - Tylan Dean Lichtenstiger-Jones, 18, Fort Wayne, arrested for unauthorized entry of a motor vehicle and criminal mischief. Bond: $500.
• 5:11 p.m. Monday - Amanda Mae Lent, 42, of 700 N. Harriston St., Syracuse, arrested for revocation of a suspended sentence. Bond: $5,250.
• 9:05 a.m. Monday - Wayde Edward Miller, 37, of 9349 E. Sleepy Hollow Parkway, Cromwell, arrested for possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $12,500.

County Commissioners Say ‘No’ To Rezoning For Data Center
A data center won’t be coming to the Leesburg area anytime soon. By a 3-0 vote Tuesday, the Kosciusko County Commissioners upheld the Area Plan Commission’s 8-0 recommendation to deny rezoning over 500 acres from agricultural to industrial-3. The property is on the north side of CR 700N, west of CR 300W, in Prairie and Jefferson townships.
