Part of the property conveyed to the Sponseller Brothers in document no. 2021061867 being tract of land in the southwest quarter of section 26, township 33 north, range 4 east, Etna township, Kosciusko County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a Harrison Monument at the southeast corner of the southwest quarter of said section 26 being within the right-of-way of County Road 950 West and County Road 300 Nort: thence south 89º29'08" west (basis of bearings established by INDOT VRS Base using NAD83 Indiana east coordinate system) along the south line of said southwest quarter and within the right-of-way of said county road 300 north, 880.00 feet to Mag nail; thence north 00º55'21" west, 736.37 feet to a fisher cap pin on the southerly right-of-way of highway US 30; thence south feet, along said southerly right-of-way, 834.29 feet to a point 0.5 feet north of a steel right-of-way fence post; thence north 50º04'45" east, along said southerly right-of-way, 144.88 feet to a point 0.5 feet north and 1.5 feet east of a steel right-of-way fence post thence north 88º03'50" east 20.00 feet to a mag nail on the east line of said southwest quarter and within the right-of-way of said county road 250 west, thence south 00º56'10" east along said east line and within said right-of-way, 345.29 feet to the point of beginning containing cress more or less.

Any digitally submitted comments or exhibits on devises, such as but not limited to, flash memory drives, thumb drives, or external drives must be submitted to the office 72 hours before the hearing any presented at the meeting will not be viewed in accordance with the Kosciusko County Cybersecurity directives.
