Cadena Promoted To Credit Analyst For CTB

MILFORD — Sendy Cadena has been promoted to credit analyst, according to Will Mabee, vice president of global credit and risk management for CTB Inc.
Her new role includes administering and handling the credit and cash application processes for CTB’s Brock grain systems business unit as well as working closely with CTB customers to coordinate and manage payments.
Cadena also will be a point of contact for interacting with credit companies to oversee credit approvals and the exchange of financial feedback. She will generate various reports, including comprehensive month-end reports, for the CTB management team.
Previously, Cadena was a cash application specialist. Prior to joining CTB, she gained seven years of experience working with several financial institutions in the positions of vault teller, bank member consultant and member advisor assisting customers with a variety of financial products and services.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Cadena earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Southern New Hampshire University, Manchester, N.H.
Now residing in Syracuse, she is originally from Ligonier.
