• 1:28 p.m. Monday - Austin James Coplin, 21, of 718 E. Fort Wayne St., Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.
• 3:25 p.m. Monday - Gabriel Gutierrez Moyotl, 20, of 1692 E. CR 200N, #156, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $500.
• 5:42 p.m. Monday - Lisa Gayle Hall, 53, of 317 W. Prairie St., Warsaw, arrested for felony probation violation. Bond: $5,250.
• 2:39 a.m. Tuesday - Kathryn Marie Krauter, 54, of 1041 N. Park Ave., #E, Warsaw, arrested for disorderly conduct. Bond: $300.
• 9:32 a.m. Tuesday - Carter Tyson Kreft, 20, homeless, arrested for resisting a law enforcement officer by fleeing on foot. Bond: $750.

•2:32 p.m. Saturday - Ind. 14, 200 feet east of South Packerton Road, Silver Lake. Motorcycle driver was ejected and motorcycle left the road. Driver: Jonathan S. Harper, 37, Columbia City. Injury: Harper had severe bleeding to the head. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 5:58 p.m. Friday - Intersection of East Old U.S. 30 and North CR 650E, Pierceton. Car went off road. Driver: Lezli Payne Welge, 48, EMS B33A Lane, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,5000. KCSO.
• 10:17 p.m. Friday - Intersection of North CR 475E and East CR 300N, Warsaw. SUV hit deer. Driver: Jo Eccles, 42, EMS B42D Lane, Leesburg. Damage: Under $1,000. KCSO.
• 1:12 a.m. Sunday - Intersection of East Old U.S. 30 and North CR 650E, Pierceton. Car went off road. Driver: Taylor D. Judy, 34, East Walnut Street, Akron. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.
• 3:57 p.m. Sunday - North Fox Farm Road, 100 feet east of North CR 200W, Warsaw. SUV hit deer. Driver: Enrique Marquez, 56, Rosemont Avenue, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSO.

• 2:11 p.m. Monday - An emergency detention order was requested in the 400 block of West Winona Avenue, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 3:51 p.m. Monday - Criminal mischief was reported in the 300 block of West Henry Street, Syracuse. Syracuse Police Department investigated.
• 5:56 p.m. Monday - A death investigation was opened in the 3800 block of South CR 780W, Mentone. KCSO.
• 2:23 a.m. Tuesday - Disorderly conduct was reported in the 2500 block of East Center Street, Warsaw. WPD.
