Hannah Pawlicki Named As New Assistant Principal At Wawasee High School

SYRACUSE – At the Tuesday board meeting, Wawasee Community School Corporation announced Hannah Pawlicki has been named the new assistant principal of Wawasee High School.
Pawlicki has been an English language arts teacher at Wawasee High School since 2020, where she has become a beloved educator known for her strong relationships with students and her innovative classroom practices, according to a news release from WCSC. Her appointment reflects the district’s continued commitment to fostering leadership from within and supporting educators who make a lasting impact on school culture, the release states.
“Hannah is incredibly well-respected by our students and staff. She brings a unique combination of compassion, professionalism and instructional expertise to her new leadership role,” said Geoff Walmer, Wawasee High School principal. “Her deep understanding of our students' needs and her ability to build strong relationships will serve our school well.”
Pawlicki holds a master’s degree in education from Notre Dame of Maryland University and recently completed her school administration licensure program through Bethel University. She has also served as a member of the Building Leadership Team and has led key initiatives, including the development of Wawasee’s schoolwide cellphone policy and interim assessment processes.
As assistant principal, Pawlicki will focus on supporting instruction, building positive student culture and partnering with staff and families to ensure student success, stated the release.
