He was born July 16, 1972, in Warsaw, to Gordon and Loretta Ousley.
Visitation at Titus Funeral Home, 2000 Sheridan St. Warsaw, was on Tuesday, April 15 from 5 until 7 p.m. His Life Celebration will begin on Wednesday, April 16 at 11 a.m. with doors opening one hour prior. Pastor Mike Kelley will officiate.
