• 3:44 p.m. Tuesday - Haylie Alexus Winter, 30, of 304 E. High St., Atwood, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.

• 4:46 p.m. April 3 - Intersection of East Market and South Maple streets, Warsaw. Two-SUV collision. Drivers: Justin R. May, 34, West CR 200S, Warsaw; Faith A. Wagoner, 49, West CR 900S, Claypool. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 6:09 p.m. Tuesday - Ind. 15, 150 feet south of East Center Street, Warsaw. Car-pickup collision. Drivers: Mitchell J. Sallmen, 31, Elkhart; Michael W. Denbo, 66, Huntington. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.

• 8:31 a.m. Tuesday - A traffic offense for a person driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension was reported in the 4500 block of East U.S. 30, Warsaw. WPD.
• 3:22 a.m. Wednesday - A traffic stop for a person operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license was reported in the 1900 block of Plaza Drive, Warsaw. WPD.

Milford Seeking Proposals For Childcare Providers
MILFORD - With the news that New Beginnings Preschool and Child Care will be closing, the Milford Town Council authorized the clerk-treasurer to advertise for proposals for another childcare provider to move into the building at 706 W. Syracuse St. in order to continue to provide that service for Milford residents.
