• 2:11 p.m. Monday - Heather Shadelene Sizemore, 40, of 304 S. Rowland Ave., Leesburg, arrested for possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $600.
• 2:19 p.m. Monday - Gary Michael Hinkle, 46, of 304 S. Rowland Ave., Leesburg, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $600.
• 5 p.m. Monday - Gaudencio Moyotl, 47, of 1692 E. CR 200N, #192, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $500.
• 6:15 p.m. Monday - Mark Minton Maples, 39, of 2072 Hemlock Lane, Warsaw, arrested on two charges of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a prior. Bond: $12,750.
• 7:08 p.m. Monday - Jeany Angelys Vazquez-Colon, 33, of 206 Stonewall Court, #2, Nappanee, arrested for possession of cocaine or narcotic drug and possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $10,250.
• 11:02 p.m. Monday - Sarah Louise Ginter, 31, of 502 S. Union St., #2, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor battery. Bond: $500.
• 12:02 a.m. Tuesday - Hector Hinojosa Jr., 54, of 1046 Pike Shore Drive, Warsaw, arrested for public intoxication by alcohol. Bond: $400.
• 8:45 a.m. Tuesday - Garion Mitchell Stout, 32, Walkerton, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $450.

• 6:28 a.m. Friday - West Ind. 14, 500 feet east of South Bouse Drive, Silver Lake. SUV hit deer. Driver: Valerie M. Hackworth, 37, East CR 225S, Akron. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.
• 12:02 p.m. Friday - Intersection of U.S. 30 off-ramp H and Ind. 15, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Gregory A. Thornsbury, 59, Hartzler Street, Warsaw; Betty L. Slusher, 76, West Wayne Street, Pierceton. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 9:05 a.m. Monday - 2280 N. Sunset Drive, Warsaw. Car hit light pole and flag pole. Driver: Luis H. Perez, 20, East Smith Street, Warsaw. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. WPD.

• 12:52 p.m. Monday - A person was arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining license in the 2200 block of Sunset Drive, Warsaw. WPD.
• 9:55 a.m. Monday - A person was arrested for intimidation and criminal trespass in the 700 block of East Lake View Road, Syracuse. Syracuse Police Department investigated.
• 1:43 p.m. Monday - A person was arrested for being a lifetime habitual traffic violator in the 1200 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. WPD.
• 3:28 p.m. Monday - Fraud was reported in the 100 block of South Zimmer Road, Warsaw. WPD.
• 5:56 p.m. Monday - A traffic stop was initiated for a person operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a prior in the 500 block of South Buffalo Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 6:28 p.m. Monday - A warrant was served in the 500 block of South Union Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 11:46 p.m. Monday - Public intoxication by alcohol was reported in the 100 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw. WPD.

Milford Seeking Proposals For Childcare Providers
MILFORD - With the news that New Beginnings Preschool and Child Care will be closing, the Milford Town Council authorized the clerk-treasurer to advertise for proposals for another childcare provider to move into the building at 706 W.
