• 6:18 p.m. Thursday - Jonathan Demetrius Parahams III, 32, of 2625 Durbin St., #306, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor battery causing bodily injury and intimidation. Bond: $600.
• 4:52 a.m. Friday - Shane Matthew Witmer, 41, of 7875 W. Lovetts Court, Warsaw, arrested for providing alcohol to a minor. Bond: $600.
• 1:14 p.m. Friday - Timothy Lee Bruegel, 56, Mishawaka, arrested for felony failure to appear. Bond: $500.

• 2:07 a.m. Thursday - 2616 Shelden St., Warsaw. SUV fell off retaining wall and came to rest in parking lot. Driver: Chelsea R. Dale, 27, York, Pa. Injury: Dale had a crush injury to the hip/upper leg. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
