Steven B. Robinson, lifelong resident of Warsaw, passed away unexpectedly in his residence on Tuesday, April 1, 2025, at the age of 71.
Born on March 4, 1954, he was the son of Gerald and Imogene Leckrone Robinson. He graduated from Warsaw Community High School in 1971.
Steve dedicated a significant part of his life to various careers, starting with his work at G.I. Polishing before transitioning to serving the city of Warsaw. His commitment to his jobs reflected his dedication to the community.
Outside of his professional life, Steve was a man of many interests and hobbies. He loved riding on his lawn mower through Warsaw and visiting his favorite spot, the Cozy Cottage. His love for the outdoors drew him to Barbee Lake, where he enjoyed fishing rides on his pontoon. He had a special fondness for cookouts and barbecues, bringing friends and family together. He also had a love for hunting and watching westerns.
Steve is survived by his three children: daughters, Heather (Scott) Sandlin and Lauren Everett; and son, Patrick Robinson. His legacy continues through his grandchildren: Sierra (Jonathan) Benson, Destinee Moore, Cory Sandlin and Lucy (Liam) Everett; as well as his great-grandchildren: Vincent Benson, Killian Shuster and Robbie Carver. Additionally, he is remembered by his nephew, Jeremy (Katina) Robinson; as well as many extended family members and friends.
Titus Funeral Home of Warsaw is entrusted with the care of Steve. His family is grieving privately therefore, no public services will be held. His family kindly requests the donations be made to Titus Funeral Home for his funeral expenses.
