She was born July 23, 1965, in Logan County, W.Va., to Charlie and Mary Lou Morris Skeens.
Local survivors are her mother, Mary Lou Skeens, North Manchester; brothers, Roy (Joey) Skeens, North Manchester and John Skeens, North Manchester; and sister, Betty Skeens, North Manchester.
