NOTICE OF HEARING ON PETITION FOR VACATION OF PUBLIC WAY
To: Residents of Syracuse, Kosciusko County, Indiana

You are hereby notified that on the 15th day of April, 2025 at 7:00p.m. in the Town Hall, 310 N. Huntington Street, Syracuse, Indiana, the Town Council of Syracuse, Indiana will conduct a hearing in regard to a petition filed by Travis George and Jamie L. George, for vacation of an unimproved public way in the plat of Strombeck and Weaver's Addition to Syracuse , within the corporate limits of Syracuse, Indiana and described as follows, to-wit:
Beginning at the south corner of Lot 7 in Strombeck and Weaver's Addition to Syracuse, thence southeasterly on an extension of the southwest line of said Lot 7 sixteen and on-half(l6.5) feet, more or less to the west comer of Lot 8; thence northeasterly on and along the northwest lines of Lots 8 and 9 to the north corner of Lot 9; thence northwesterly to the east corner of Lot 5, thence on and along the southeasterly lines of lots 5, 6 and 7 to the place of beginning.
