Purdue Extension To Hold Small Container Gardening Educational Program

Join Purdue Extension on April 23 at noon for an insightful presentation by Emily Kresca, Purdue Extension – Kosciusko agricultural and natural resources educator.
The focus will be on small space and container gardening, perfect for urban dwellers and those with limited outdoor areas. This program will be located at the Home and Family Arts building on the Kosciusko Fairgrounds,1400 E. Smith St.
They'll cover the principles of maximizing limited space, including selecting the right containers, choosing suitable plants and employing vertical gardening techniques. Discover tips for soil health, watering strategies, and seasonal planting to ensure your small garden flourishes. Whether you have a balcony, patio, or tiny yard, this session will empower you to create a lush and productive garden oasis, no matter the size.
