Debra Collier’s School of Dance announced the addition of Ali Jankowski to its staff.
“To continue providing the best experience for our dancers and families, we’ve added a director of operations to join us on the journey of taking the studio to the next level for our community,” said studio owner Deb Collier.
Jankowski brings a wealth of experience to her new role. She has spent several years teaching elementary school and is a kindergarten teacher in Winona Lake. Growing up as a dancer at Mirror Image Dance Academy in Valparaiso, Jankowski has an in-depth understanding of dance and its impact on young people. She has also taught dance to a variety of age groups and is deeply committed to helping children grow into creative, independent and kind individuals.
“Dance is such a powerful tool for helping kids develop not just their artistic abilities, but also their confidence and character,” Collier said. “The addition of Ali to the team marks an exciting new chapter for the studio, and her role will be instrumental in enhancing the day-to-day operations and creating even more opportunities for our students to thrive.”
