Subject to all liens, encumbrances, rights of redemption, easements and restrictions of record not otherwise foreclosed and extinguished in the proceedings known as Cause # 43D03-2412-MF-000117 in the Superior Court of the County of Kosciusko, Indiana and subject to all real estate taxes, and assessments currently due, delinquent or which are to become a lien.
Said sale to be without relief from valuation or appraisement laws. If the sale is set aside for any reason, the Purchaser at the sale shall be entitled only to a return of the deposit paid.
