The "Dancing with the Stars for Charity" event is making itsreturn to the Warsaw Performing Arts Center on March 29, 2025.
This community event invites local residents to come together for a night of performances while raising funds for nonprofit organizations in Kosciusko County, according to a news release from Warsaw Community Schools.
"Dancing with the Stars for Charity" features 10 staff members from WCS partnering with 10 community members to learn and perform two dance routines. Over the course of several months, each team will receive instruction from the WCHS Honors Select Dance Class, who will serve as the event’s choreographers.
Each dance team will choose a local nonprofit charity to represent, with 100% of the event's proceeds benefiting these organizations. This is a unique opportunity to showcase talent, foster community spirit and support vital causes in our area. In 2024, over $13,000 was raised.
Call For Participants
WCS is currently seeking individuals from the community who are interested in joining the cast of dancers. No prior dance experience is necessary — just a love for fun, a willingness to learn and a desire to raise money for worthwhile causes, according to the release.
