• 1:47 p.m. Thursday - Dustin Edward Leeper, 40, Goshen, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of 0.15 or more and refusal to submit to a chemical test. Bond: $700.
• 4:48 p.m. Thursday - Angel Marie Vining, 33, of 310 W. Boston St., Syracuse, arrested for possession of a hypodermic syringe or needle, possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia, dealing a controlled substance and possession of cocaine or narcotic drug. Bond: $5,250.
• 5:33 p.m. Thursday - Eric Andrew Fisher, 50, of 12788 N. Bishop Road, Syracuse, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish and possession of paraphernalia with a prior. Bond: $600.
• 5:35 p.m. Thursday - Patrick Allen Stark, 39, of 519 W. Winona Ave., #C, Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana/hashish oil/hashish and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $600.
• 5:49 p.m. Thursday - Cheryl Joyce Deeds, 39, of 221 S. High St., #C, Warsaw, arrested for criminal trespass. Bond: $500.
• 8:35 p.m. Thursday - Rosa Elba Moyotl, 25, of 1692 E. CR 200N, #131, Warsaw, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension and operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $500.
• 2:06 a.m. Friday - William Calvin Harr IV, 53, of 207 E. Huntington St., North Webster, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.
• 10:57 a.m. Friday - Jason Raymond Belle, 41, Albion, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $700.
• 11:19 a.m. Friday - Logan Moby Robbins, 27, South Bend, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.
• 12:59 p.m. Friday - Juan Moreno Huerta, 30, Elkhart, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension and operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $500.

• 10:46 a.m. Thursday - East CR 550N, 50 feet east of North CR 75E, Leesburg. Truck-SUV collison. Drivers: Martin Brumbaugh, 65, North Orn Road, Milford; Maria Malagon Rico, 37, East CR 200N, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.
• 5:50 p.m. Thursday - 5282 W. CR 900N, Milford. Two-van collision. Drivers: Monty L. Tuttle, 58, CR 3, Nappanee; Leland D. Bontrager, 70, Broad Avenue, Nappanee. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.

• 4:18 p.m. Thursday - Criminal mischief was reported in the 1000 block of Husky Trail, Warsaw. WPD.
• 5:44 p.m. Thursday - Criminal trespass was reported in the 300 block of East Center Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 9:30 p.m. Thursday - A person was arrested for possession of paraphernalia and possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish in the 500 block of West Winona Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.
