• 9:19 p.m. Saturday - Billy G. Pullin, 69, homeless, arrested for disorderly conduct, intimidation, and two charges of intimidation. Bond: $5,250.
• 2:38 a.m. Sunday - Else Conteras Bautista, 18, of 1521 Clinic Court, Warsaw, arrested for consumption of alcohol by a minor. Bond: $450.
• 10:51 a.m. Monday - Blayne Michael Marshall, 34, of 108 Smith St., South Whitley, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a prior. No bond set.

• 8:26 p.m. Sunday - North Ind. 19, 1,500 feet south of West CR 1050N, Nappanee. Car and horse-and-buggy collision. Driver: Matthew S. Jourdan, 44, Ringneck Trail, Warsaw; Joni Kuhns, 49, West CR 900N, Nappanee. Injuries: Kuhns complained of shoulder/upper arm pain; passengers in the horse and buggy, Lizzie Kuhns, 50, West CR 900N, Nappanee, complained of knee/ower leg/foot pain; Jeremiah Kuhns, 7, West CR 900N, Nappanee, had a contusion to the head; Freeman, 81, West CR 900W, Nappanee, complained of back pain; Irene Kuhns, 76, West CR 900N, Nappanee, was pronounced dead.
