Bookings
The following people were arrested and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 3:10 p.m. Tuesday - David Allen Kovach, 40, of 705 Tulip Court, Bourbon, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.
• 7:30 p.m. Tuesday - Denny Lyle Koselke, 54, RR 1 31B, Syracuse, arrested for possession of methamphetamine and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $7,500.
• 1:19 a.m. Wednesday - Jessica Lee Hughes, 38, Garrett, arrested for possession of methamphetamine, manufacturing/dealing methamphetamine, possession of a hypodermic syringe or needle, possession of paraphernalia and on a foreign warrant. Bond: $5,250.
• 1:19 a.m. Wednesday - Mary Ann-Elizabeth Anderson, 36, Albion, arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia, manufacturing/dealing methamphetamine and possession of a hypodermic syringe or needle. Bond: $5,250.
• 1:19 a.m. Wednesday - Michael Allen Jordan, 42, LaGrange, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $5,250.
• 4:35 a.m. Wednesday - Robert Louis Terry, 42, Marion, arrested for possession of methamphetamine, operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license and on a foreign warrant. Bond: $5,250.

Incidents
• 9:18 a.m. Tuesday - Theft of a motor vehicle was reported in the 100 block of East Main Street, Syracuse. Syracuse Police Department investigated.
• 5:37 p.m. Tuesday - A crossbow was reported stolen in the 400 block of West Pike Street, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 12:12 a.m. Wednesday - A person was arrested for manufacturing/dealing methamphetamine and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated in the 400 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 12:12 a.m. Wednesday - A person was arrested for manufacturing/dealing methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia in the 400 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw. WPD.
