• 1:56 a.m. Monday - Timothy Allen Vancuren, 44, Goshen, arrested for possession of paraphernalia and disorderly public intoxication by alcohol/drugs. Bond: $600.
• 2:42 p.m. Monday - Luis Enrique Tlahuetl-Zaca, 30, of 1202 Wooster Road, #87, Winona Lake, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a prior. No bond set.
• 2:30 p.m. Monday - Ryan Thomas Wilson, 38, Fort Wayne, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.

• 9:04 p.m. Monday - Sheather Ryan Wolf, 56, of 321 S. Union St., Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $5,250.
• 9:23 p.m. Monday - Sarah Elizabeth Elder, 45, of 1363 S. CR 450E, Pierceton, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and possession of a controlled substance. Bond: $700.
• 11:20 a.m. Tuesday - Michael Andrew Stephen Slater, 32, Reading, Mich., arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $5,250.
