Over 350 job-seekers have been connected with prospective employers at the two previous HireKosciusko events, according to a news release from OrthoWorx. Employers are seeking applicants with an array of skill sets and backgrounds for a variety of roles in their organizations.
As of Sept. 9, area job-seekers will be able to pre-register and upload their resume so employers can preview their info and set interview appointment times.
“OrthoWorx is gratified to be working with other community development partners to offer our third hiring fair in 2024,” said Allyn Decker, vice president of operations and engagement at OrthoWorx. “Industry recruiters tell us that finding qualified, local talent is one of their biggest challenges and we know that the application process can be daunting for some job-seekers. Our intent is to provide an atmosphere where hiring companies and job-seekers can meet, talk and pursue employment matches in person. We encourage job-seekers to pre-register and utilize the resources available on the hirekosciusko.com website."
