Notice Is Hereby Given, That the Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission Shall Hold a Public Hearing on a Petition Filed By DONALD HARDER Requesting Subdivision and Plat Approval for the Following Real Estate, Key Number: 007-119-025.A

Part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 30, Township 34 North, Range 7 east, Kosciusko County, Indiana (This description prepared by Kevin R. Michael, LS80870006, as part of retracement survey SA-124 completed by J.K. Walker & Associates, P.C., dated October 10, 2023), being more particularly described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at an iron pin found at the Southeast corner of Lot Number 2 in the LeCount Plat, as recorded in Plat Book 10, page 44 in the records of Kosciusko County, Indiana;thence S00°-26'-40"W (recorded S02°-30'E) (the basis of bearings for this description is a platted bearing of N74°-54'-00"E for the South line of Lot Number 2 in The LeCount Plat), a distance of 292.20 feet to a 5/8- inch iron pin capped "Walker" at the Northeast corner of the third listed tract of Tract I as recorded in Document Number 2023040198 in said records; thence S89°-36'-00"W, on and along the North line of said third listed tract of Tract I, a distance of 307.30 feet, more or less (recorded 306 feet, more or less), to the water's edge of Dewart Lake, said point being situated S89°-36'-00"W, a distance of 37.3 feet, more or less, from a 5/8-inch iron pin capped "Walker"; thence Northwesterly, meandering on and along said water's edge with a chord bearing N14°-55'-05"W, a distance of 203.53 feet (recorded 205 feet, more or less) to the Southwest corner of said Lot Number 2, said corner being situated S74°-54'-00"W, a distance of 18.5 feet, more or less, from an iron pin found; thence N74°-54'-00"E, on and along the South line of said Lot Number 2, a distance of 374.9 feet,more or less (recorded 378 feet, more or less), to the point of beginning, containing 1.92 acres of land, more or less, subject to all legal right-of-way, subject to all legal drain
easements and all other easements of record.
This Hearing Will Be Held In The Commissioner's Meeting Room, County Court House 100 W Center St., Warsaw On Wednesday 10/02/2024 At l:00 P.M.
All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard. Written comments will be considered if they
are received in the Office of the Kosciusko County Plan Commission, Court House, Warsaw, Indiana, no later then 72 hours before the meeting, (mailing address: 100 W Center St, Rm 303, Warsaw, IN 46580).
