Notice Is Hereby Given, That The Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission Shall Hold A Public Hearing On A Petition Filed by Kosciusko Co Rural Electric Membership Requesting An Amendment To the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance, To Reclassify From an: Agricultural District to an Industrial 2 District, The Following Real Estate, located on
5735 E US 30 Key #: 009-080-001.A

And Described As Follows on the 2nd page, To Wit:
A tract of land located in the Southeast Quarter of Section 20, Township 32 North, Range 7 East, Washington Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana, more or less, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a 5/8" iron bar located at the intersection of the South right-of-way line or U.S. Highway 30 and the East line of the West half or said Southeast Quarter; thence South 00 degrees, 00 minutes, 00 seconds West (assumed bearing) along the East line of the West half of said Southeast Quarter, 267.90 feet to a 5/8" iron bar on the North right-of-way of a railroad; thence North 71 degrees, .36 minutes, 26 seconds West, along said right-of-way, 1442.23 feet to a concrete marker; ;thence North 11 degrees, 07 minutes, 36 seconds East 44.45 feet to a concrete marker on the South right-of-way line or said, highway; thence South 79 degrees, 26 minutes, 27 seconds East, along said highway right-or-way, 503.'10 feet; thence South 85 degrees, 27 minutes, 27 seconds East along said right-of-way, 100.40 feet, to c1 concrete marker; thence South 80 degrees, 18 minutes, 50 seconds East along said right-of-way, 776.07 feet to the point of beginning.
his Change Is Requested To Permit the Above Described Real Estate to Be Used For The Purpose of Industrial 2 uses as defined in the in the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance.
This Hearing Will Be Held in the Commissioner's Meeting Room, County Court House 100 W Center St., Warsaw On 10/02/2024 At 1:00 P.M.
All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received in the Office of the Kosciusko County Plan Commission, Court House, Warsaw, Indiana, no later then 72 hours before the meeting, (mailing address: 100 W Center St, Rm 303, Warsaw, IN 46580). Any digitally submitted comments or exhibits on devises, such as but not limited to, flash memory drives, thumb drives, or external drives must be submitted to the office 72 hours before the hearing any presented at the meeting will not be viewed in accordance with the Kosciusko County Cybersecurity directives.
