NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the City of Warsaw Board of Zoning Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by Purity Cylinder Gases Inc requesting approval of a Variance from Development Standards To Allow a Smaller then Permitted Landscape Buffer in an I-2 Zoning District located at 1638 Armstrong Rd and more particularly described as follows, to-wit:

This hearing will be held in the City Council Chambers, 102 South Buffalo Street, Warsaw, Indiana on 09/23/2024, at 7 PM. All interested persons are invited to attend to be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received at the above address prior to 12:00 noon on the day of the hearing. Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service for effective communication, or a modification of policies or procedures to participate in a program, service, or activity of the City of Warsaw, should contact the office of Justin Taylor, 102 S. Buffalo St., Warsaw, IN 46580/phone (574)372-9550, as soon as possible but no later than 48 hours before the scheduled event.
