September 12, 2024 at 5:14 p.m.
FORT WAYNE – The Peggy F. Murphy Community Grief Center offers a variety of free grief support programs open to any adult. The Colors of Grief is a four-week series where participants will process their grief through art.
Art therapy is about the process of creation and emotion, rather than the end-product of the art itself. It is rooted in the belief that the arts are inherently healing and life enhancing for adults of any background or life experience.
The program is on Tuesdays Oct. 8-29 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at the Peggy F. Murphy Community Grief Center, 5920 Homestead Road, Fort Wayne. RSVP is required by Sept. 27.
