The State of Indiana to the defendants above named, and any other person who may be concerned. You are notified that you have been sued in the Court above named. The nature of the suit against you is a foreclosure of the real estate mortgage, legally described as:
THE LAND REFERRED TO HEREIN BELOW IS SITUATED IN THE COUNTY OF KOSCIUSKO, STATE OF IN, AND IS DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
A TRACT OF LAND IN THE NORTHEAST QUARTER (NE 1/4) OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER (SE 1/4) OF SECTION FIVE (5), TOWNSHIP THIRTY-FOUR (34) NORTH, RANGE SIX (6) EAST, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
COMMENCING AT THE EAST LINE OF SAID SECTION AT A POINT ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY (180) FEET SOUTH OF THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID SOUTHEAST QUARTER (SE 1/4); THENCE WEST EIGHT (8) RODS; THENCE SOUTH EIGHT (8) RODS; THENCE EAST EIGHT (8) RODS TO THE SECTION LINE; THENCE NORTH EIGHT (8) RODS TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING.

BEING THE SAME PROPERTY AS CONVEYED FROM DAVID E. HERNANDEZ TO CONNIE H. RICO HERMOSILLO AS SET FORTH IN DEED INSTRUMENT #2001020942 DATED 11/24/2000, RECORDED 2/21/2001, KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, INDIANA.
This property is commonly known as 13484 N Main St, Milford, IN 46542
This summons by publication is specifically directed to the following Defendants whose addresses are known:

If you have a claim for relief against the Plaintiff arising from the same transaction or occurrence, you must assert it in your written answer. You must answer the Complaint in writing, by your attorney, on or before the 26th day of October, 2024, (the same being within thirty (30) days after the Third Notice of Suit), and if you fail to do so a judgment will be entered against you for what the Plaintiff has demanded.
