Torbet, Communitywide Federal Credit Union, United States of America Department of Housing and Urban Development and Kerns Crossing Association, Inc. were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree, with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder on the 22nd day of October, 2024, at the hour of 10 a.m.,, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
